Race to $4 trillion, Micro-Moment marketing and Analyzing campaigns with AI

I was scrolling through Instagram and landed on a short clip of Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang 'sinterview at Stanford. He was talking about his key success. And what he said blew my mind. It was a micro-moment for me.

He said, “I’ve very low expectations. Stanford graduates have very high expectations and you deserve to have high expectations because you came from a great school. You are graduating from the finest institution on the planet. You naturally have high expectations. People with very high expectations have very low resilience. And unfortunately resilience matters in success.”

I’ve seen it over and over again, people who stick to their guns no matter how hard it gets, mostly end up winning.

In the spirit of Jasen’s incredible advice, I want to talk about what Nvidia developed that’s driving its market value like crazy in edition #11 of Viks M.I.X (Marketing Insight Exchange)

Well, here is what you gonna discover in edition #11

  • Nvidia’s AI technologies that are driving it to a $4 trillion company

  • Harnessing AI in analyzing campaigns

  • Micro-Moment Marketing

Let’s start the engine.

NVIDIA’s AI technologies that are driving it to a $4 trillion company

Nvidia has become the world's most valuable company, beating out giants like Microsoft and Apple. Can you believe it?

Their market value hit $3.3 trillion in June 2024. It's all thanks to AI - everyone's going nuts for it, and Nvidia's right at the centre of the action.

Their stock's gone through the roof, up 173% this year! Why? Well, everyone wants their super-smart AI chips. They can't make them fast enough!

Nvidia's not just selling more - they're selling way more. Their revenue more than doubled last year. And get this: since 2020, their value has increased 20 times!

Looks like the race is on for the first $4 trillion company. Who do you think will win - Nvidia, Apple, or Microsoft?

So what specific AI technologies has Nvidia developed that are driving its market value like crazy?

Let’s have a look.

  1. Flagship AI chips: Think of these as the brains behind AI. The H100 and A100 chips are like the superheroes of the AI world. They're what makes ChatGPT so smart and quick. Big companies are scrambling to get their hands on these chips to boost their AI power.

  2. CUDA software: It's like a special language that tells these chips how to do AI stuff. Imagine having a magic wand that makes GPUs (those things that make your video games look awesome) work for AI. That's CUDA. It's so popular that almost everyone in AI uses it.

  3. Omniverse platform: It's like a virtual playground where people can build 3D worlds. It's great for training AI and creating virtual realities. As more people get excited about the metaverse (think Ready Player One), Nvidia's chips will be in high demand to run these virtual worlds.

  4. Upcoming AI chip series: Nvidia's not stopping there. They're working on even better AI chips. It's like they're always one step ahead, making sure their tech is the fastest and most efficient out there.

  5. Dominance in AI chip market: They're like the Apple of AI chips, with a huge market share between 70% and 95%. That's why investors are so excited about Nvidia.

Well, these technologies power the AI we use every day. Faster chatbots, better voice assistants, more realistic video games, and even advancements in healthcare and scientific research.

It's all possible because of these powerful chips and software.

For example, imagine asking your phone a complex question and getting an instant, accurate response. Or playing a video game where the virtual world feels incredibly real.

That's the kind of stuff Nvidia's tech makes possible.

But here's the thing: while Nvidia is king of the hill right now, other companies like Intel Corporation and AMD are trying to catch up. It's like a high-tech race, and it's exciting to watch!

From my perspective, this competition is great for us consumers. It means AI will keep getting better and more accessible.

What do you think? Are you excited about the future of AI? Have you noticed AI improving in your daily life? Who knows what amazing things we'll be able to do with AI soon!

Harnessing AI in analyzing campaigns

AI is revolutionizing marketing campaigns, transforming how we analyze and execute them. It's not just making marketing smarter and more personal—it's dramatically boosting effectiveness across the board.

Let me walk you through some of AI's game-changing advantages and show you how innovative companies are harnessing its power:

  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization

You know how we're always trying to get more clicks and sales? Well, AI is like a super-smart assistant that looks at tons of data and tweaks our campaigns on the fly. Take The Trade Desk, for example. They use AI to place ads in just the right spots, at just the right time. It's like having a marketing whiz working 24/7!

  • Hyper-Personalization

Now, this is where it gets really interesting. AI can figure out what each customer likes and show them stuff they'll actually want to buy. Amazon's doing this, and it's working big time. Up to 35% of their sales come from AI recommendations. Pretty wild, right?

  • Automated Insights Generation

Imagine having a tool that can tell you what people are saying about your brand all over social media. That's what Sprout Social, Inc. does with AI. It's like having ears everywhere, helping you understand what your customers really think.

  • Intelligent Budget Allocation

Here's a game-changer: AI that figures out where to spend your marketing budget for the best results. Adobe's Marketing Cloud does this. It's like having a financial wizard who always knows the smartest way to invest your money.

  • Predictive Analytics

What if you could predict which customers will stick around and spend the most? That's what Salesforce Einstein AI does. It's like having a crystal ball for your business!

  • Content Optimization

Ever struggle with writing the perfect email subject line? There's AI for that too! Phrasee uses AI to come up with subject lines that people actually want to click on. It's like having a creative genius on your team.

  • Chatbots and Conversational AI

Imagine having a helper who talks to your customers 24/7, answering questions and recommending products. H&M's chatbot does just that. It's like cloning your best customer service rep and never letting them sleep!

  • Fraud Detection

Last but not least, AI is like a security guard for your ad campaigns. Google Ads uses it to spot fake clicks and protect your budget. It's like having a bouncer who keeps the troublemakers out of your marketing party.

Micro-Moment Marketing

Picture this: A busy CEO, scrolling through LinkedIn during a coffee break. That's a micro-moment. It's brief, but it's golden. These tiny windows are where B2B magic happens now.

Take Gong Product and R&D, the revenue intelligence platform. They've mastered micro-moments. Their bite-sized, data-packed posts on LinkedIn stop thumbs mid-scroll. They're not selling - they're teaching. And it works.

But it's not just social media. Ahrens, the SEO toolset, nails micro-moments with their YouTube channel. Short, punchy videos that solve real problems. No fluff, just value. Viewers come for quick tips, and stay for the expertise.

Even traditional industries are catching on. Modulr, a B2B payments platform, uses quick-fire case studies in their email marketing. Each one's a micro-story of client success. It's engaging and easy to digest - perfect for busy execs.

The key? Be where your audience is, when they're there. Slack gets this. Their podcast ads on shows like "Masters of Scale" are short, relevant, and timely. They catch listeners in those brief moments between tasks.

But here's the real kicker: micro-moments aren't just about content. They're about timing. Chili Piper, a meeting scheduler tool, uses intent data to pop up at just the right moment on B2B sites. It's like mind-reading, but it's just smart tech.

So, what's the actionable takeaway? Audit your content. Is it micro-moment friendly? Can busy execs grasp your value in seconds? If not, it's time to slice and dice. Break down those whitepapers into tweet-sized insights. Turn case studies into snackable stories.

Make your stories matter. What micro-moments are you capitalizing on?
